Return & Refund Policy

At Pet Friendly Wear, all our products are custom-printed specifically for you the moment you order! Because we don't hold physical inventory, we handle returns and refunds based on the following professional standards:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you received the wrong product, we will send you a free replacement or offer a full refund.

Action Required: Please email us at info@petfriendlywear.com within 14 days of delivery. You must include a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number.

2. Size Exchanges & "Change of Mind"

Because each item is made-to-order just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Tip: Please double-check our Size Guides on each product page before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit for you and your pet!

3. Shipping & Lost Packages

If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes. However, if a package is officially declared "Lost in Transit" by the carrier, we will gladly arrange a replacement for you.

4. Cancellations

Orders are sent to production very quickly (usually within 2–4 hours). If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the "In Production" stage, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
